WRITERS
Can I try Texts.Expert for free?
For writers, Texts.Expert is 100% free of charge — no fees associated with the account.
How do I claim new orders?
After the client assigns you a new order, you will see all of the articles in the ‘new’ tab. Change the status to ‘in progress’ once you accept them and you’re good to go!
How do I upload completed orders?
After you’ve written an article, simply drag and drop your text file or use the upload form. Click on save and your order status will change automatically.
How do I keep track of my finances?
You can easily monitor all of the articles you have written during the past period and calculate your earnings accordingly.
Can I see a proofread version of my text?
If your first draft is accepted, you will not see a proofread version of your paper. If, however, the client or the proofreader calls for a revision, a proofread version will appear in your account. After that, you’ll have to make all necessary changes and re-upload the task.
PROOFREADERS

For proofreaders, Texts.Expert is 100% free of charge — no fees associated with the account.
How do I claim new orders?
Once the writer uploads a new article, you will see a list of tasks that await proofreading. Simply change the status to ‘in proofreading’ and start working!
How do I keep track of my finances?
You can easily monitor all of the articles you have proofread during the past period and calculate your earnings accordingly.
How do I upload proofread orders?
Once you have proofread the article, you can either accept or reject it. The approved version will be automatically sent to the client. The rejected version will be redirected back to the writer for the revision.
Can I send feedback to the writer?
Yes, if the article does not meet client’s requirements or requires a revision, you can always send a note to the writer, highlighting the weak areas of their work.
COMPANIES
Can I try Texts.Expert for free?
Yes, all companies can benefit from a month of free trial.
How many team members can I add to the tool?
You can add as little as one writer/proofreader or you can make use of the unlimited plan that does not have any restrictions on the number of employees.
How do I add team members?
You send your team member a link to RELEVANT LINK and ask them to register in the tool for free. Once they fill in a simple form, they can start working on your projects.
How do I keep track of my finances?
You can easily monitor all of the articles your writers and proofreaders have been working on over the past period and calculate their earnings accordingly.
How do I upload new orders?
The interface is simple and intuitive. You click on ‘create new task’ in the admin panel and fill in your task requirements — as simple as that!
How do I create project updates?
You can always modify project/task requirements by clicking ‘edit’ in the task/project description. Your writers/proofreaders will automatically receive the updates.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Texts.Expert offers monthly payment plans. If you do not want to pay for the next month, simply don’t!
Can I upgrade to a new plan?
You can upgrade to a new plan any time of the month — the higher-paid plan will become valid right after you make the payment. Or you can wait till the old plan expires and upgrade then — thus, saving time and money.
Can I downgrade to a cheaper plan?
You can downgrade to a cheaper plan any time of the month. Once your current billing month ends, the next month you will have a new, cheaper plan.
